This Limitless Lifestyle Programme makes sure the vessel you use to go through life is running at its peak performance, Physically, mentally and emotionally.

 

Tailored gym program

A tailored workout program to help you achieve your fitness goals i.e: strength training, weight loss, muscle building, endurance training.

Each program is developed meticulously to ensure you have a plan in place to follow, making sure that you not only enjoy working out, but that you're also efficient, allowing you to reach your desired outcome as quickly as your mind and body can allow it to. Whether you have the luxury of having the time to train 6 days a week or are limited to just twice a week, your program will include a unique sequence of exercises for each day of the week. Always allowing the muscles to recover sufficiently between workouts.

This is closely monitored and the program is evolved continuously.

 

Specific nutrition planning

A detailed meal plan for you to follow, making it really easy for you to meet all of your goals whilst alleviating the tedious task of tracking all of your calories and micronutrients. 

Have all of your meals planned Monday right through to Sunday. Taking into consideration all dietary requirements i.e. vegetarian diets, veganism, lactose intolerance and so on... Your meal plan comes with fun and simple recipes as well as a full broken-down shopping list with everything you need for the week! 

If having your meals all planned out for you, feels a little too restrictive, there is the option to have us workout all of your calories and macronutrients for you and then you can go on to make your own meals you love and enjoy enjoy, making sure you stick to the daily targets sets using the Trainerize - Optimum Whealth app.

weekly coaching calls

This will give us a chance to monitor the week as a whole, keeping you accountable and discuss any potential issues you may be having with exercise, sleep or nutrition so that we can make adequate changes. We'll also take this time to run through other life optimisation techniques such as meditation implementation and sleep tracking.

With the “Limitless Lifestyle Programme” you have unlimited access to myself through direct messaging throughout the week to address any questions that come up in between our weekly calls. This is also a way for me to check in with you and hold you accountable.
