We collect personal information that you knowingly and voluntarily provide, for example when you make an enquiry about our services or when you choose to book an appointment through our website, www.optimumwhealth.com. Special Category (Sensitive) Data
As part of delivering our coaching services, we may collect information relating to your health, such as medical history, ADHD status, weight, nutrition, and fitness levels. This is classed as special category data under the UK GDPR.
We will only collect and process this information where you have given us explicit consent, which you provide when completing our forms and ticking the consent box. This data will be used solely for the purpose of providing and monitoring your coaching programme.

We do not store card details on our servers. Payments are processed securely by Stripe (https://stripe.com/gb).
