Who is Dilan?

If you’ve got ADHD, you already know how hard it is to stay consistent. You start a plan with the best intentions, but two weeks later, the wheels come off, work gets busy, sleep suffers, meals go off track, and the cycle repeats. All while the brain fog, procrastination, and negative self-talk keep piling on.

I get it, because I’ve lived it too. When I was diagnosed with ADHD, I realised the same four pillars I’d been coaching clients on for over a decade- exercise, nutrition, sleep, and the mind- were the exact things that helped me manage my symptoms. The problem wasn’t laziness or willpower. It was not having a system built for the way ADHD brains actually work.

That’s why I created The Whealth Protocol: a simple, sustainable approach that helps busy entrepreneurs and professionals with ADHD finally build a body they’re proud of while improving focus, energy, and emotional control. No crash diets. No overcomplicated routines. Just a clear structure, accountability, and a plan that adapts to your life.

Over the last 14 years, I’ve helped hundreds of people transform their health and physique in less than 16 weeks, even those who’d struggled to stick to anything before. Now, I specialise in working with ADHD adults who are ready to stop restarting and start seeing real, lasting change.

CLIENT FEEDBACK

ā€œI lost over 10kg and 13cm from my waist in just 16 weeks. But the biggest shift was mental, I’ve gone from criticising myself to actually motivating myself. Now I know I can do more, and I want to.ā€

ā€œFor years, my weight went up and down. I tried everything, cutting carbs, long workouts, but nothing stuck. This program finally gave me the structure, knowledge and support I needed to build muscle, lose fat and actually keep the progress.ā€

ā€œI used to think dieting meant giving everything up. But with this, I learned how to plan my meals, eat out on special occasions, and still lose weight. I didn’t feel restricted, I just had structure and support.ā€

ā€œI started at 104.7 kg (230 lbs), got down to 86.8 kg (191 lbs), and months later I’m still holding steady around 89kg. This wasn’t a crash diet; it actually stuck.ā€

ā€œI lost the weight, dropped two jean sizes, and looked better, but the biggest change was feeling in control of my habits for the first time. I never felt alone in the process.ā€

ā€œMy sleep improved, my skin cleared, and my confidence is through the roof. My husband can’t keep his hands off me, and I finally walk into shops excited to try things on. I haven’t felt like this in years.ā€

ā€œI’d been stuck for years trying to lose even a kilo. With Dilan, I lost 13kg in 16 weeks. You can waste years doing it alone, or get someone to guide you properly.ā€

ā€œI’m fitting into clothes I hadn’t worn in ages. I feel more like myself again. I’m no longer dreading photos, and the best part is, all of this feels sustainable.ā€

ā€œFor years, I was stuck in a cycle of starting and stopping. I just couldn’t stay consistent. This was the first time I actually stuck to it, and now I feel like the best version of myself.ā€

ā€œI’ve trained with Dilan for 18 months. I feel the best I’ve ever felt, and I look the best I’ve ever looked.ā€

ā€œBefore Dilan, I couldn’t look in the mirror or take a photo. I was training, but nothing changed, and it crushed my confidence. Ten months later, I’m leaner, stronger, and actually excited to go out, socialise, and be seen.ā€

ā€œI honestly didn’t think I’d enjoy training, but now I love it. I’ve built a lifestyle I can maintain; this isn’t a quick fix. At 50, I feel stronger, leaner, and more switched on than I have in years.ā€

ā€œAccepting I had ADHD was new to me… But through the program, I finally found stability. For the first time, I could actually see the horizon instead of feeling like I was clinging to a boat that never stopped rocking.ā€

ā€œBefore this, I only managed short bursts of effort; nothing stuck. Now I’ve been going to the gym 3–4 times a week for months, even through holidays and work stress. I’ve finally got a structure that fits real life.ā€

ā€œI’ve never had more on my plate, working full time, raising a toddler, planning a wedding. But I stuck to it, I feel stronger than ever, and I’ve genuinely fallen back in love with training.ā€
